Insurance & Restoration Partner Support
We work alongside the teams doing disaster recovery — providing the crane and rigging support they need and documenting the work.
Urgent situation? We are on call 24/7.
We are a crane and rigging provider, not an insurance company or public adjuster. We can coordinate with and support recovery teams, but we do not guarantee coverage, approval, reimbursement, government contracts, or response times.
Disaster recovery pulls together many parties at once. Elevate Crane and Rigging Services fills the heavy-lifting role — clearing debris, removing fallen trees, recovering vessels and equipment, and supporting structure work — so the rest of the recovery can move forward.

Do you file or manage insurance claims?
No. We provide crane and rigging support and documentation of the work we perform. Claims, coverage, and approvals are between you, your contractor, and your insurer. We can coordinate with all of them.
Can you provide documentation for a claim file?
Yes — we can provide photos and details of the lifting work performed to support your and your restoration team's records.
Can you be added to a COI for a project?
Elevate Crane and Rigging Services is insured; if a project requires a Certificate of Insurance, tell us during scheduling and we will coordinate it. Specific coverage is confirmed on request.
