Urgent situation? We are on call 24/7.

Overview

Emergency Crane Service

Emergencies don't keep business hours. Elevate provides 24/7 on-call crane response for urgent situations — a load that has shifted, equipment that must be recovered, a tree down on a structure, or storm damage that needs to be cleared.

Emergency availability, response timing, and scope depend on safety conditions, access, weather, equipment availability, and local restrictions. Call and we will tell you honestly what we can do and how fast.

We coordinate a date and window that fits your site and other trades.

  4. 4

    Site Evaluation

We assess ground conditions, set-up area, overhead hazards, and clearances.

  5. 5

    Lift Planning

We plan rigging, positioning, and sequence with safety first.

  6. 6

    Execution & Closeout

We complete the lift, confirm the result, and leave the site clear.

If there is an immediate threat to life, fire, gas leak, or active electrical danger, call 911 and the appropriate utility authority first. Stay clear of downed power lines, floodwater, unstable structures, and suspended loads until responders and crews say it is safe.

Before We Arrive

What To Do While You Wait

  • Keep everyone clear of the hazard, downed lines, and any suspended or unstable load
  • Report downed power lines and gas leaks to 911 and the utility
  • If safe, take photos and note the exact location and access route
  • Share a location pin and any gate or access details with us
  • Do not attempt to move heavy or unstable objects yourself
  • Keep the area clear so the crane can set up when we arrive

Answers

Frequently Asked Questions

How fast can you respond?

We are on call 24/7 and respond as quickly as conditions allow. Actual timing depends on safety, access, weather, distance, and equipment availability — call and we will give you a straight answer.

What should I have ready when I call?

The exact location, what happened, what needs to be lifted or recovered, any hazards on site, and photos if you can safely take them.

Do you work with insurance and restoration teams?

Yes. We can work alongside restoration contractors and adjusters and support documentation needs. We do not guarantee coverage or approvals.

Is there a hazard you won't touch?

We will not put crews at risk. Anything involving live power lines must be coordinated with the utility, and we stage work until a site is safe enough to set up.
